&lt;p&gt;I am investigating use of WS-Discovery for &amp;quot;adding&amp;quot; a build machine to a web application that directs distributed software builds. &amp;nbsp;Each build machine would be discoverable responding with the version it supports and a few other details needed by the web application.&lt;/p&gt;
