It has been years since I used MSDN's built in search functionality. I find that with google (and more recently Live Search) I find what I am lookiing for much more quickly. I see that Microsoft are working on new search functionality with their MSDN Enhanced Search and I am interested to see if there are any improvements.
Rob Caren says that it is powered by MSN Search which we now know as Live Search.
