Windows Live Writer 2008

Windows Live Writer 2008 is out! This might be just the excuse I need to start blogging a little more regularly. The last version that I tried did not allow me to upload images. It will be interesting to see if the one that I have added to this post is added successfully.

After reading your blog i want to try the Windows Live Writer. So i start configuring the Windows Live writer.

But if i want to specify the remote post url with this one

www.developers.de/.../metablog.ashx

i receive an error from windows Live Writer please ensure that you specify a valid and reachable URL.

I have to set up the Configuration with proxy informations.

Did you try the Windows Live Writer with proxy??

Hey Scott,

why not use the Word 2007??

I really like the way he pastes the code from Visual Studio and I am not big fan of "Live" Products.
