Windows and Azure Enterprise State Roaming

Windows 10/11 roaming is the synchronization mechanism that make syte that your profile setting state is synchronized with the Azure Active Directory.

To enable the roaming Sign in to Azure AD admin center and

Select Azure Active Directory | Devices | Enterprise State Roaming.

You can also select how users may sync settings and app data across devices.

Aoplication developers can make a usage of this feature. If you use roaming data in your app, all app's app data will be synced across multiple devices.
