When working with IntelliTrace Visual Studio will download required files from Windows Azure related store. These files are in general large and should be cleaned-up regularly. Files are downloaded on demand within Server Explorer as shown at the next picture:

The download location of files is:
C:\Users\youraccountname\AppData\Local\Temp\Downloaded WAT Diagnostics Logs

The picture below shows how much space these just few deployments can take:

You can dele them. If some of them are still in use skip deletion or close VS instance which keeps them open.
