Cory is doing Windows Azure Web Sites Workshop in Hall 1. Windows Azure Sites can be deployed now very easy. But please note that Web Role deployment model is different and in fact much more powerful.By doing websites you do not have to think now about deployment and fault domains. But if you would like to make a usage of them, you will have to turn back to Web Roles models which is more complicated, but it allows more tuning.
