Sometimes, when running on Windows IoT Core device, you might have some issues when trying to access files in LocalAppData folder.As you see there is no any file shown in dashboard. But, believe me, there are files in the folder.
Interestingly, when this happen, you will be able to access files via PowerShell. Following power-shell command shows how to fo that.

cd C:\Data\Users\DefaultAccount\AppData\local\Packages\20c45e87-953a-4d99-919b-c6ee7e9642d3_h95tnwbrnsgam\LocalState
